How to Delete Your Candle Pal Account and Data
At Candle Pal, we respect your privacy and provide an easy way to delete your account and all associated data. If you wish to delete your account, follow the steps below.
How to Delete Your Account in the App
- Open the Candle Pal app on your device.
- Tap the ☰ Menu (hamburger icon) in the top-left corner.
- Select Account and log in if prompted.
- Scroll down to the Delete Account option.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.
Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
- All your saved data, preferences, and login details will be permanently removed from our system.
- This action cannot be undone. If you wish to use the app again, you will need to create a new account.
